Diagnosis
The steam boiler isn't reaching full temperature/pressure, or the wand is partially clogged with milk residue. Weak, wet steam is the symptom.
How to Fix It
First, purge the wand for 10-15 seconds into a drip tray to clear any condensed water. If steam remains weak, the machine likely needs a descale cycle to clear mineral buildup from the steam boiler thermoblock.
If That Didn't Work
The steam wand tip itself may be clogged. Soak the tip in warm water, then use a thin pin or the provided tool to clear each tiny hole. Ensure the steam dial is fully open when in use.
Heads Up
Always purge the wand before and after steaming, and wipe it clean immediately. Burned-on milk will permanently clog the tiny apertures in the tip.
