The power plug is not fully seated or the unit isn't getting power. Check both ends of the power cable.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and from the back of the purifier.
- Visually inspect the cord and plug for any damage, cuts, or overheating. Do not use if damaged.
- Firmly reconnect the cord to the purifier, then fully insert the plug into a working wall outlet. You should hear a single beep.
- Press the Power button. The Low fan speed indicator should illuminate.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If there's still no power and the beep wasn't heard, the outlet might be faulty. Test it with another device. If the outlet is good and the unit remains dead, the power cord or internal component is likely damaged. Contact PuroAir support at [email protected].
HEADS UP: Always plug the unit directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip. Ensure the plug is fully inserted to prevent overheating or electric shock.
