Diagnosis
The TV’s wireless connection is dropping or failing to authenticate. It’s a common handshake problem between the TV’s network hardware and some routers.
How to Fix It
1) Go to Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings. 2) Forget your current Wi-Fi network. 3) Re-select it and enter your password fresh. This forces a clean reconnect. 4) If that doesn’t stick, restart your router, wait a minute, then restart the TV by holding the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and back on.
If That Didn't Work
The 2.4GHz band is more stable for these TVs. If your router broadcasts a combined 2.4/5GHz signal (SSID), try splitting them in your router settings and connect the TV to the 2.4GHz network only. Interference is less likely.
Heads Up
If you’re using a mesh system, sometimes the TV gets stuck on a distant node. Try moving the node closer or, if your system allows it, temporarily disable the node hopping feature for the TV.
