This usually means the cycle didn't engage properly, or there's a misunderstanding of how it activates.
FIX:
Keep Warm isn't a standalone setting. You have to activate it during the initial cook program.
- When you select your cooking function (Air Fry, Bake, etc.) and set the time/temp, press the KEEP WARM button before you press START. The Keep Warm icon should light up on the display.
- When the main cook time ends, the unit will beep and automatically switch to Keep Warm mode, holding at a lower temperature (usually around 170°F). The display will show "KEEP WARM" and a timer.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If the icon was lit but food is still cold, the Keep Warm duration may have expired. It typically runs for up to 30 minutes automatically. You can extend it by pressing the KEEP WARM button again after it activates.
HEADS UP: Keep Warm is for short-term holding, not long-term. For food safety, don't hold cooked food in the appliance for more than an hour total.
