DIAGNOSIS Misunderstanding of the cycle. TurboWash 360 uses a jet spray system and optimized tumble patterns to clean effectively in less time, but it's not a 15-minute cycle.
FIX Use the TurboWash cycle for normally soiled loads. Select it directly. Do not add extra options like Extra Rinse or Sanitary, as these add time. The cycle time is displayed before you start.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The jet spray system may be clogged. Run a cleaning cycle with a washer cleaner to clear any detergent residue from the internal nozzles and hoses.
