Diagnosis
The power cord connection is loose or the washer's internal thermal fuse on the main control board blew during the move.
How to Fix It
First, check the wall outlet for power with another device. Then, firmly push the power cord plug into the receptacle on the back of the washer. It can work loose during transport. Ensure the cord is fully seated.
If That Didn't Work
The main control board may have been shorted. Unplug the washer. Remove the top panel. Check the wiring harness connections to the control board. If they are secure, the thermal fuse on the board may be open. This requires board replacement.
Heads Up
Always secure the drum for moving with the shipping bolts. Moving the washer without them can cause internal damage. If the control board is faulty, it's a high-voltage component. Let a tech handle it.
