This usually means your computer isn't properly connected to the Orbi's local network. Let's get you connected to the admin page.
FIX: Do these steps in order.
- Make sure your computer is connected to your Orbi network, either via WiFi (using the preset credentials on the label) or with an Ethernet cable plugged into one of the router's LAN ports (ports 1-3).
- Make sure the router is receiving power—its Power LED should be lit.
- Close and reopen your web browser, or clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- In your browser's address bar, type orbilogin.com and press Enter. Do not use a search engine.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Check your computer's network settings.
- If your computer is set to use a static IP address (uncommon for most home setups), you need to change it to obtain an IP address automatically from the router.
- Try accessing the router using its default IP address: type 192.168.1.1 into your browser's address bar instead of orbilogin.com.
HEADS UP: If you want to change WiFi settings, use a wired Ethernet connection for the setup process. This prevents you from being disconnected when the new WiFi settings take effect.
