DIAGNOSIS Error code UE means 'Unbalanced Load.' The washer's sensors detected an uneven distribution of laundry during the high-speed spin, causing it to abort the cycle for safety.
FIX Open the lid. Redistribute the load by hand, spreading items evenly around the wash plate. Do not just shove them to the center. Close the lid and press 'Start/Pause' to resume the spin. For future loads, mix large items (like towels) with smaller ones and avoid washing single bulky items like a comforter by itself.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If UE occurs frequently with balanced loads, the problem is likely a failed suspension rod or damper. These components stabilize the tub. A visual check requires tilting the machine back. If one appears detached or the springs are broken, they need replacement.
HEADS UP The machine will attempt up to three automatic rebalances before stopping completely with UE. Always ensure the washer is level on the floor. Use a bubble level on the top cabinet and adjust the front leveling legs if needed.
