DIAGNOSIS The display is showing error code PF. This indicates a power failure event was detected by the control board. The machine will not operate until the code is cleared.
FIX First, unplug the washing machine from the wall outlet. Wait for two full minutes. Plug the machine back in. The PF code should clear. Press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin your cycle. The machine should now operate normally.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If PF returns immediately or the machine will not power on, check your household circuit breaker. Reset the breaker for the laundry circuit. If the problem persists, the outlet itself may be faulty. Test it with another appliance.
