DIAGNOSIS The ejector blades (the plastic fins that push ice into the basket) are hitting ice that hasn't fully released from the tray or a foreign object.
FIX Turn the unit off and unplug it. Remove the ice basket and any loose ice. Look into the ice chute and use a plastic utensil (like a spatula handle) to gently clear any jammed ice cube or fragment from around the silver ejector blades.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK A small piece of the plastic ice basket may have broken off and fallen into the mechanism. You'll need to inspect the basket and the area beneath the ejector blades carefully.
HEADS UP Never use metal tools to clear a jam—you can scratch the evaporator plate and permanently damage the unit.
