DIAGNOSIS The "CL" code is the Child Lock. It's enabled, likely by accidentally holding the buttons. It prevents any cycle from starting.
FIX Hold the Spin Speed and Soil Level buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The "CL" icon will disappear from the display. The washer is now unlocked.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Unplug the washer from the wall outlet for 1 full minute. Plug it back in. The control board will reset and the lock should clear.
HEADS UP The Child Lock engages automatically after a few seconds if you press and hold those two buttons. Watch your button presses when cleaning the panel.
