The bin is full or the filter is clogged. Empty the bin and clean the filter—this is the most common cause of poor suction.
- Press the bin release button and pull to remove the bin.
- Open the bin door to empty it.
- Pull the filter out. Tap it against your trash bin to clear debris. Reinstall it.
If that didn't work, check the brushes for obstructions. Open the brush guard (lift both tabs), remove the main brush and side brushes, and clear all hair and debris. Reinstall them.
Heads up: Empty the bin after each use. Clean the filter once a week (twice with pets). Replace the filter every two months.
