If orbilogin.com won't load, your device isn't properly connected to the new Orbi network or the router isn't getting power.
Here's what you need to do:
- First, make sure the router's Power LED is lit. If it's not, check the power connector.
- Connect your computer to the Orbi network. You can use an Ethernet cable plugged into one of the router's LAN ports (1, 2, or 3), or connect wirelessly using the preset WiFi name and password on the label.
- Launch your web browser and try entering orbilogin.com again.
If the page still doesn't display:
- Close and reopen your browser, or clear the browser's cache.
- Make sure your computer is set to obtain an IP address automatically. It shouldn't be using a static IP.
- Try browsing directly to orbilogin.com.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The router might not be getting a signal from your modem. Ensure the modem is on and the Ethernet cable is securely plugged into the Orbi router's yellow Internet port. Restart your modem, then restart the Orbi router.
HEADS UP: For initial setup, a wired Ethernet connection is recommended. If you change WiFi settings over a wireless connection, you'll be disconnected when the new settings take effect.
