Diagnosis
99% of the time, this is a clogged filter. The HP07's airflow is extremely sensitive to restriction. A dirty pre-filter or expired main filter chokes the machine.
How to Fix It
Clean the pre-filter immediately (see cleaning Q&A for steps). After cleaning and FULLY drying the pre-filter:
- Reassemble the machine and plug it in.
- Perform a filter reset: With the machine ON, press and hold the remote's "Oscillation" button for 10 seconds. You should see the WiFi light flash.
- This clears the maintenance timer and ensures the fan isn't software-limited.
If That Didn't Work
Check for physical blockage in the loop itself. A sock, paper, or plastic bag sucked against the rear air intake (behind the loop) will kill airflow. Unplug, remove the loop from the base, and inspect both the base intake and the loop aperture.
Heads Up
Don't confuse "weak airflow" with the machine's normal behavior in Auto mode. In Auto, it runs as slow and quiet as possible to maintain the set temperature/pollution level. Test airflow manually on Max fan speed (blue snowflake icon) for a true comparison.
