DIAGNOSIS An unbalanced load. The spider bracket or shock absorbers are fine. The washer's sensor can't correct the imbalance because the load is too small or too heavy on one side.
FIX Stop the cycle. Redistribute the load evenly around the drum. Mix large items with smaller ones. Do not wash a single heavy item like a rug alone. Restart the spin cycle.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check that all four shipping bolts were removed from the rear of the unit during installation. If even one is left in, the inner tub cannot move freely.
HEADS UP Consistently running unbalanced loads will prematurely wear out the shock absorbers and suspension springs, leading to costly repairs.
