Diagnosis
The control panel is waiting for a manual confirmation to proceed. This is a common lockout state in the Bespoke series.
How to Fix It
Press and hold the Start/Pause button for 3-5 seconds. You should hear a beep and the display will advance. If the detergent light is still lit, open and firmly close the detergent dispenser drawer. The cycle should then begin.
If That Didn't Work
Perform a power reset. Unplug the washer for one full minute. Plug it back in. The display should clear. Select your cycle again and ensure the door is audibly latched.
Heads Up
This lockout is often triggered by an incomplete door close. When closing, listen for a definitive click, not just the magnet seal.
