Diagnosis
Excessive vibration and walking. Primary causes are improper installation, loose shipping bolts, or an unbalanced load.
How to Fix It
Confirm all four shipping bolts and the rear stabilizer bracket are removed. specifies this must be done. Adjust the leveling feet. Use a wrench to turn the feet until the washer is perfectly level in all directions. Do not use the leveling leg locks until the unit is stable.
If That Didn't Work
The issue is likely a failed suspension or damper system. Open the top panel and check if the dampers (shock absorbers) attached to the tub move freely and have resistance. Worn dampers will not stabilize the spin basket.
Heads Up
This model requires a solid, level floor. It will vibrate on any flexible or uneven surface like wooden subfloor. Concrete slab is ideal.
