Diagnosis
The control panel has likely locked up or lost power. A minor power surge or static discharge can freeze the digital controls.
How to Fix It
Perform a hard reset.
- Unplug the blender base from the electrical outlet.
- Wait 60 seconds. This drains any residual power from the internal circuits.
- Plug it directly back into the wall outlet (not a power strip).
- The touchscreen should illuminate and be responsive.
If That Didn't Work
Check your outlet. Plug a different appliance (like a lamp) into the same outlet to confirm it has power. The blender's internal fuse may have blown from a surge, requiring service.
Heads Up
Avoid using the blender on the same circuit as a high-draw appliance like a microwave or air fryer. Voltage dips during their startup can glitch the sensitive touchscreen.
