The bin is overfull or there's a blockage triggering the automatic cut-out.
- Empty the bin immediately. Dirt must not reach the top mark. Remove the wand, hold over a bin, and pull the bin release catch upwards. The base opens. Close by pushing the cyclone down and the bin base up until it clicks.
- Clear any blockage. The motor will pulse if blocked. Check: the cyclones, the tool/wand attachment point, both ends of the wand, and the brush bar/air inlet on the cleaner head.
- Wash the filters. A dirty filter affects performance. The Pre-filter lifts out of the cyclone top. The Post-filter twists off anti-clockwise. Wash each under cold running water until it runs clear. Dry for at least 24 hours. They must be completely dry before reinserting.
If that didn't work: Check the power mode. Using Boost mode extensively drains the battery quickly. For longer cleans, use Eco mode. The battery may be low, indicated by a flashing blue, green, or red light on the Mode button.
Heads up: Using the machine with a full bin requires more frequent filter washing.
