Check three things: temperature, connection, and battery fault light.
- Temperature: The machine won't charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F). Move it to a warmer room.
- Connection: Ensure it's fully seated in the dock or connected directly to the charger. A full charge takes about 4 hours. The battery LED should pulse blue while charging.
- Battery LED: If the battery LED is flashing blue, that's a battery fault. Try a different battery if you have one. Push the Battery release button on the handle, slide the old battery off, slide a new one on until it clicks.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: Check the filter status lights. If the Machine LED (Mode button) is solid orange, it's a motor fault. Let the machine cool down completely, then try charging again.
HEADS UP: The battery is designed to stop charging when complete. Leaving it on the dock after use maintains battery life.
