Battery fault or the machine is too cold. Check the battery LED. A flashing blue light indicates a battery fault. The machine will not operate if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F).
- Connect the machine to the charger or dock. A full charge takes 4 hours. The LED will flash while charging and turn off when fully charged.
- If the LED flashes blue, the battery has a fault. Push the battery release button on the handle and slide the battery off. Align a second battery and slide it in until it clicks.
- Move the machine to a warmer location if the temperature is below 5°C (41°F).
If that didn't work: The machine has an automatic cut-out if blocked. The motor will pulse and not function. Disconnect from the charger, let it cool, and check for blockages in the cyclones, wand attachment point, and cleaner head.
Heads up: Never use the machine or look for blockages while it's charging. Be careful not to touch the trigger.
