Yeah, this one's common. It's likely overheating from a clogged filter or a blockage, not necessarily the battery.
First, check the filter status lights on the Mode button. A flashing blue, green, or red light means the battery is low. A solid orange light means a motor fault, often from overheating. If it's orange, let it cool down completely.
Then, wash both filters. The Pre-filter lifts out from the top; the Post-filter twists off the back. Rinse them under the tap until water runs clear, squeeze out excess water, and let them dry for a full 24 hours. Must be bone dry before you put them back.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: You might be overfilling the bin. Empty it as soon as dirt hits the top mark. Running it with a full bin kills suction and makes the motor work harder, triggering shut-off. Also, check for a blockage in the wand or cleaner head inlet.
HEADS UP: For longer run time, use Eco mode (green battery icon) for light cleans. Save Boost mode (red) for when you really need it.
