Diagnosis
The Clean Station's suction path is blocked, or the robot's dustbin flap is not opening. The most likely culprit is a full or improperly installed dustbag.
How to Fix It
First, check the Clean Station dustbag. Open the station door and ensure the bag is seated correctly with no folds blocking the inlet. Replace if full. Next, check the robot's dustbin. Remove it and manually open the rear rubber flap to ensure it moves freely and isn't stuck on debris.
If That Didn't Work
Inspect the Clean Station's inlet port for a debris clog. Use a vacuum hose to gently suction out any blockage from the station's port.
Heads Up
The station will not initiate emptying if the robot's dustbin is not fully clicked into place. After cleaning, push the bin firmly until you hear an audible click.
