Diagnosis
Error 26 is a main brush entanglement error. Hair or debris is wound tightly around the main roller, jamming it.
How to Fix It
Turn the robot over. Press the two latches to remove the main brush cover. Extract the main brush assembly. Use scissors or the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove all wound debris from the brush and its axle. Reinstall, ensuring the brush clicks into place on both ends.
If That Didn't Work
Inspect the side brush. A jammed side brush can sometimes trigger a similar error. Manually spin it to check for obstruction. Remove and clean if necessary.
Heads Up
After clearing Error 26, you must manually restart the cleaning cycle from the robot or app. It will not auto-resume.
