Diagnosis
This is typically caused by a foreign object stuck in the station's suction path or a worn motor bearing. The sound is air being forced through a blockage.
How to Fix It
Power off the Clean Station. Remove the dustbag. Visually inspect the bag chamber and the small suction inlet at the top. Use a flashlight to check for a large debris clump. Use long-nose pliers to carefully remove any obstruction. Reinsert the dustbag properly.
If That Didn't Work
The issue may be in the robot's dustbin port. Clean the rubber flap and the port on the robot's rear with a dry cloth to ensure a proper seal with the station.
Heads Up
Only use official Samsung dustbags. Third-party bags can be misaligned, causing poor sealing and abnormal airflow noises.
