Diagnosis
The LiDAR sensor is obstructed or jammed. A common cause is hair or string wound around the rotating spindle beneath the clear plastic cover.
How to Fix It
Power off the robot. Gently lift and rotate the clear plastic LiDAR cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it. Inspect the silver spindle for fine hair or thread. Carefully remove all debris. Replace the cover by aligning and turning clockwise until it clicks.
If That Didn't Work
The drive wheels may be stuck. Manually rotate each wheel to check for free movement. Clean any hair wrapped around the wheel axles.
Heads Up
Never spray cleaner directly onto the LiDAR cover or spindle. Use only a dry, soft cloth to avoid liquid damage to the optical sensor.
