Diagnosis
The control panel is responsive but the unit beeps and will not start. This is a door latch or child lock issue.
How to Fix It
Ensure the door is fully latched. Open and firmly close the door until you hear a definitive click. Check if Control Lock is active. Press and hold the Delay Start button for 3 seconds. The Control Lock light should turn off. Now try pressing Start.
If That Didn't Work
The door switch assembly may be faulty. The main control board will not enable a cycle if it does not receive the 'door closed' signal. The switch is part of the door latch mechanism.
Heads Up
The unit will also beep and not start if a cycle was previously paused. You must cancel the paused cycle by holding the Power button, then select a new cycle and press Start.
