You're likely seeing the 'Time Remaining' display glitch, a common software hiccup. The cycle is probably running, but the timer display is frozen.
How to Fix It
Perform a control panel reset.
- Press and hold the 'Start/Resume' and 'Heated Dry' buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep and the display resets.
- This clears the temporary memory. Re-select your cycle and press Start. The timer should now count down normally.
If That Didn't Work
If the reset doesn't fix it or the problem recurs, it could be a failing control board. The next step is a full power reset: turn off the circuit breaker to the dishwasher for 5 full minutes, then turn it back on.
Heads Up
Don't interrupt a cycle just because the timer is stuck. Listen for water sounds or feel for heat to confirm it's running. The display bug doesn't affect cleaning performance.
